2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts for the short-term rental of holiday apartments between Aydin Vermietung GmbH (hereinafter “Provider”) and the guest.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded when:

  • a booking is completed via the website and confirmed

  • or a booking confirmation is sent by email

By completing the booking, the guest accepts these Terms & Conditions.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices include applicable taxes

  • Payment is due immediately upon booking

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit card

  • Klarna

  • Other online payment methods

Payment on site may be agreed in exceptional cases.

5. Security Deposit

No security deposit is required.
However, the guest is fully liable for any damages.

​

6. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: until 11:00 AM

Check-in is carried out via:

  • electronic lock

  • or key box

Guests will receive an online check-in link, which must be completed before arrival.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival

  • After that: 100% cancellation fee

The time of receipt of the cancellation request is decisive.

8. Use of the Accommodation

  • Only the persons specified in the booking are allowed to stay

  • Maximum occupancy depends on the apartment

  • Subletting or transfer to third parties is not permitted

​

9. House Rules

The following rules must be observed:

  • 🚭 No smoking

  • 🚫 No parties or events

  • 🐢 No pets allowed

  • πŸ”‡ Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Violation will result in a contractual penalty of €200.

​

10. Damages and Additional Cleaning

Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay.

In case of excessive dirt or damage, an additional cleaning fee of €200 will be charged.

11. Liability of the Provider

The provider is only liable for damages caused by:

  • intentional or grossly negligent behavior

No liability is assumed for:

  • Wi-Fi outages

  • technical issues

  • loss of personal belongings

​

12. Access / Keys

Guests must handle keys and access data carefully.

In case of loss or misuse, replacement costs may be charged.

​

13. Wi-Fi Usage

The use of Wi-Fi is at the guest’s own risk.

Guests agree not to:

  • access or distribute illegal content

  • violate copyright laws

14. Final Provisions

  • German law applies

  • Place of jurisdiction: Günzburg (where legally permitted)
